ElishaCoy Triple BB Cream Review

Sunday, October 16, 2011

Hello ElishaCoy!! I've been using BB cream for a few years now and I'm always looking to try new ones. My favourites are constantly changing. I had asked Bellogirl if she could recommend her lightest cream (the other bb creams I've tried are usually a shade or two too dark, hello pale!) to which she suggested this one and Scinic OII EX.

It goes for $31.99 on her ebay (for 50ml, it should last you a while), so it's one of the more pricey-er bb creams. You can actually order a travel size first to try, if you'd like.

So my skin was in pretty bad shape when I took these shots and afterwards I realized how much I prefer Scinic's BB to Elishacoy. It has medium coverage (click pictures to view larger sizes) and is light feeling. There is no fragrance (that I can smell at least) so for those of you who are bother by scent, fear not! I like that it provides build-able coverage so if you need more, it's possible. Just alone though I don't think this bb cream will be enough to cover a lot of red. I think you'd need to colour correct first for your skin to look flawless. It's also very smooth and easy to apply.

Elishacoy's Triple BB offers :
  • SPF 30 PA++ (SPF in my foundation is extremely important to me, leaves me free to skip applying sunscreen!),
  • oil & moisture balance (it is very moisturizing, perfect for those with dryer skin),
  • wrinkle care and,
  • brightening effects.

The bottle design is pretty simple, black and sleek. I really am not a fan of the super pink girly bottles out there but I will admit I love Lioele's packing.

Would I buy again? Maybe. I do like this bb cream but there is so many out there and I want to try them all!
